Zahida Sherman is an incredible and experienced DEI leader and facilitator. She carried out DEI workshops for our management team to help us frame our DEI work and set our strategy going forward. She spent the time to learn the organization and to understand the team’s experience with DEI work and tailored her approach accordingly. I could not recommend her more highly!

What Clients Say

I've attended many zoom presentations since C-19 and recognize the unique challenges this format poses when attempting to engage participants. This presenter, possesses many of the qualities of a well prepared speaker... poised, knowledgeable and personable; and, she was gifted at reaching out to make participants feel as if we were all together in the same room. I thought she was terrific!

Zahida's Anti-racism for Executive Leadership webinar was one of the best on this topic I have attended. She really takes time to give thoughtful advice on how to get started on the journey of exploring and addressing racism in your organization. Would recommend for anyone who is working on this with their teams and wants a great starting point to begin.
